So, I often get hungry and want to snack. What I really want is just a list of foods I can eat / snack on which are healthy. It would be perfect – just use it for grocery shopping and then you only have healthy foods in the house – and you can ONLY eat smart.
So I’ve been looking for those books. I started off with Harvard’s “Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy.” It’s good, but very technical and a little long-winded. I then moved to the Abs Diet – which I am very happy with, and today I saw “What To Eat” – which looks ok but not as good as the abs diet.
I still don’t know if any of these are exactly what I’m looking for, but at least I’m on the right track.
